Vadim Nebuchin is an associate at Callaway and Wolf. He is highly experienced in litigating difficult and complex cases against major insurance companies, which has led to an exceptional record of success for our clients.
Prior to joining Callaway and Wolf, Vadim spent 15 years on the defense side working for one of the nation’s major insurance carriers. Vadim understands the intricacies of insurance companies in a way that few do, having managed a team of insurance adjusters and defended personal injury lawsuits. His insight into how defense attorneys handle personal injury cases helps us maximize our clients’ recoveries.

He is also a graduate of the National Institute of Trial Advocacy (NITA) and has tried cases to jury verdicts in San Francisco, San Mateo, Marin, and Alameda Counties.
As a patron to the arts, Vadim is on the Board of Directors for ArtPoint, a professional group supporting the Fine Arts museums in San Francisco through educational events. He is also passionate about automobile history and has lovingly restored a 1970 Mercury Cougar in his spare time. Vadim speaks fluent Russian.
