Boone Callaway is a native of Kansas City, Missouri. He attended the University of Texas at Austin, where he majored in Philosophy and graduated in 1983, and the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law, where he received his Juris Doctor degree in 1986. Mr. Callaway has been a member of the California Bar since 1986, and has been involved in litigation practice throughout his career. Mr. Callaway has tried numerous cases, to juries, judges, and arbitrators in the Bay Area. These cases have included medical malpractice jury trials in four Bay Area counties, Kasier Permanente medical malpractice arbitrations, and personal injury jury trials and arbitrations around the Bay Area.

Mr. Callaway is a member of the Board of Directors of the San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association, and is a member of the Bar Association of San Francisco, and the Consumer Attorneys of California. Mr. Callaway also serves on the Board of Directors of the Institute On Aging, where he is a member of the Executive Committee, and is a past president of the Board of Directors of the Maitri Hospice in San Francisco.
